二、?工作原理?work principle
来自计量螺旋里物料的重量信号和螺旋运行的速度信号一同传送到控制器，自动计算出物料的瞬时流量和物料的累计产量。通过连续不断的比较设定流量与实际输送的物料流量，不停的调节计量螺旋运行的速度，使物料流量总能稳定在设定流量上。同时，为了保证精准喂料，采用了较先进的前馈调节系统3U-S控制系统，3U-S控制系统根据设定喂料量计量不断调节粉料平衡锁料器的速度，并达到非常精准、稳定和持续的喂料。这是市场上一拥有双控制功能的螺旋秤——控制粉料平衡锁料器进料稳定及控制计量螺旋速度来提高计量精准度。
