产品概述Product Introduction
固体流量计（冲板流量计）用于流动性强的粉状、颗粒状物料的计量设备，主要适用于物料流量密闭，安装受限制，其它同类产品不能适应的场合，广泛应用于建材、水泥、化工、火某炭、矿山、陶瓷、玻璃、冶金、粮食、化肥、饲料、港口、电力、焦化、环境保护等行业。
The solid flow meter (Punching flow meter) metering for flow of powder, strong granular materials, mainly is suitable for the material flow in closed, installation restrictions, other similar products cannot adapt to the occasion, widely used in building materials, cement, chemical, coal, mining, ceramics, glass, metallurgy, food, fertilizer, feed, port, electricity, coking industry, environmental protection etc..

工作原理Working Principle
固体流量计把测得物料流量信号送到微处理控制系统，自动计算出物料的瞬时流量和物料的累计产量。由微处理控制器不断的将实际流量和设定的流量进行比较，并对预给料装置进行位置或速度控制，从而来改变物料的前馈给定量，以达到恒定给料的目的。
校正仓的作用在于对给料部分进行不定期的标定，使给料部分不断被修正误差，以保证给料精度。
The solid flow meter sent the measured material flow ** to the microprocessor control system, automatically calculate the cumulative production material instantaneous flow and material. The micro processing controller will continue compare the actual flow and the setting flow , pre-feeding device position or speed control, feedforward to change the material to quantitative, in order to achieve the purpose of constant feed.
Calibration chamber lies in the role of the feeding part calibration do not regularly, make the feeding part being error correction, to ensure the feeding precision.
